Felixstowe Methodist Church @ Seaton Road is located in the Walton area of Felixstowe, an urban area with a considerable amount of housing (both private and social) in the immediate vicinity. There are two buildings on the site; the original church (built in 1863) which was later converted into a substantial hall when the new church was built in the 1930s. The hall is used by a variety of local organisations as well as the Church itself. We try to involve these groups into the life of the church as much as possible. For example, our Brownie Group join us for some of our Christmas celebrations and folk from the Church have been in to help with some of their sessions.
This location also hosts a variety of community and Church based events such as a monthly community lunch, the No Labels group, weekday worship with Well in the Week, the base for our work with the Trimley Red Devils junior football team etc.

Currently Trinity and Seaton Road are Fairtrade Churches but we are working towards all locations of Felixstowe Methodist Church being Fairtrade.
