Don’t be too strict on reaching net zero within the current agreed time frame if this is the sole cause of selling off existing buildings. It is an unrealistic time frame and should not become the principal reason for such a decision. There may be other reasons, of course, for wanting to do that although I imagine there would be considerable dismay in Felixstowe if Trinity was replaced by a block of flats.
